Real change is not realized through lofty speeches, extreme acts, or verbal conflicts…but rather through simple conversations. A conversation over a meal or a beer can be the genesis of a shared life and real change. It is a place where trust is built, vulnerabilities are exposed, and love is exchanged.

It is our desire, for this site to serve as a virtual table for a life in full motion. Through posts which navigate faith and religion, healthy lifestyles and tips, and cultural exchanges through travel, we look to extend connections and be a living body. Take a look around and be welcomed. Our Conversations page is where you will find the lasted posts, some instructive, some contemplative, all honest and true. To learn more about who we are, click on the About section to get to know us. We are always open to comments and feedback, so please take a chance to Contact us and let us know what you think. Keep coming back to see how, like the seasons of our life, this site moves and changes.

We strive to find balance in a constantly moving life, always held within the tensions of where we are now and where we are headed. We are working towards a virtual community and we need you to make that happen. Thanks for being a part of this journey!

Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, for as long as you ever can.
